from Abbadia Lariana to get in Piantedo, Valtellina.
From Varenna it is possible to enter the path fro a first possible route to reach Bellano, along the route you’ll meet Vezio Castle, Black Marble Caves, Regoledo cable raileway crossing olive trees plantations and walking along traditional dry stone walls that along route developing mark different geological areas as the material was extracted right in place in the past.
A second possible royte leaves in Lierna town direction, walking along “Cimitero degli Inglesi”, English Graveyard, Fiumelatte, Villa La Capuana founded in 1600, Valvacchera where since last century cut woods where rolled over directly on the shore to be boarded on typical Lake Como transport boats called Comballi and then arriving at Lierna Castle, arrival point.
